If you have an issue with your purchase and would like to make an exchange please contact us via email within 15 days of receipt. Exchanges will only be granted due to error on the part of FLIdP, LLC. For example, if the item(s) received do not match the item(s) purchased, we will be more than happy to correct our mistake. Please note that exchange items must not be worn or damaged.
