Kage Parker
Creative Director & Lead Animator
Kage leads FLIdP House Studio as the Creative Director, overseeing motion design, animation, and visual storytelling across brand and media platforms. His experience includes work for Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, and major media networks. With a Master’s in Animation and a background in both production and concept development, Kage has built and directed animation systems, campaigns, and broadcast-ready content from the ground up. He combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, guiding projects from initial pitch through final delivery.
Krys Alex
Creative Project Manager & Director of Photography
Krys Alex leads projects with both precision and perspective. As Creative Project Manager, she oversees planning, production workflows, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring ideas move efficiently from strategy to final delivery. Alongside managing timelines and teams, Krys serves as Director of Photography for select studio projects, shaping visual direction and capturing imagery that feels grounded, honest, and intentional. Her strength lies in balancing structure with instinct creating space for creativity while keeping the work on track.
